Economic growth and drop in emissions: Portugal records historic milestone

For the first time since 1995, Portugal has recorded three consecutive years of economic growth along with a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, according to INE. In 2023, it also reached the lowest carbon intensity in the historical series.
