Up until the end of November 2018, renewable energy sources accounted for a 52,8 % share over the total electricity production in mainland Portugal.
December 2018
In 2018, the incorporation rate for renewable energy sources into the electricity production mix was about 53,1 %, thus representing a 26 % increase over the 2017 value.
January 2019
2019 started up with a 54,4 % (2 619 GWh) renewable energy share within the electricity production mix, thus representing an increase of 11,9 % in comparison to the same period of 2018.
February 2019
From the beginning of the year, renewable sources represented 56.1 % of the electricity production mix in Mainland Portugal, generating 4 688 GWh, when the total electricity production was 8 361 GWh.
March 2019
Since the beginning of the year, renewable electricity sources accounted for 58.5 % of the electricity generation mix in Mainland Portugal, by producing 6 954 GWh, in a total production of 11 881 GWh.
April 2019
During the first four months of 2019, renewable energy sources accounted for 59.2 % of the electricity generation mix in Mainland Portugal, by producing 9 313 GWh of electricity. 
May 2019
During the first five months of the year, renewable energy sources accounted for 11.4 TWh of electricity production, contributing with 58.2 % to the mix.
June 2019
During the first half of 2019, renewable energy sources were responsible for the production of 12.8 TWh, contributing with 55.2% to the electricity production mix.
