Carlos Lobo

Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. After dedicating himself to law, he held leadership positions in one of the Big Four for 10 years. His main practice areas are public sector taxation and wealth taxation. He has been involved in benchmark projects in the areas of local finance, infrastructure and energy, both within and outside the country. He has extensive experience in African markets, from Angola to Cape Verde. In Portugal, he was Secretary of State for Tax Affairs between 2008 and 2009.
