As a non-profit association, APREN is composed of the aforementioned governing bodies, whose members are elected by the Associates at a General Assembly.
The governing bodies are elected for a three-year term, with the current term being 2022-2024.
The board of directors consists of between seven and seventeen members, elected from among the Associates, with the following positions: President, Vice-President (up to four) and Members.
