These General Terms of Use govern the use of the website with the current address https://www.apren.pt , with its current name or any other name it may adopt in the future ("website") of APREN, with the corporate tax identification number 502063009 and registered office at Av. Sidónio Pais, nº 18 R/C 1050-215 Lisboa, and email addresses apren@apren.pt (hereinafter "APREN").

This website is directed at individuals and entities residing or based in Portugal and is governed by Portuguese law. Users residing or domiciled elsewhere who choose to access and/or use this website do so at their own risk, ensuring that such access and/or use complies with applicable local legislation. 

Use of this website is contingent upon the user's prior consent to these terms of use, which should be read before each use. By accessing and using this website, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms of Use and agrees to comply with all their terms and conditions.
