24.03: Portugal Energy Storage Forum

the Portuguese Renewable Energy Association – will hold the Portugal Energy Storage Forum , a new event that will have its first edition on March 24th at the Small Auditorium of Culturgest (Lisbon), and which aims to become the main national forum dedicated to energy storage .

At a crucial moment for the energy transition in Portugal, the Portugal Energy Storage Forum will bring together public policymakers, regulators, project developers, investors, network operators, and technology companies, creating a space for strategic debate on:

• Needs for Flexibility in the Electrical System;
• State Aid for Energy Storage;
• Electrification of Competitive Industry;
• Grids Package and its impacts on the Energy Sector;
• Energy Storage Models;
• "Bankability" of Energy Projects;
• Network Inertia and Congestion: Preparing ESS Projects for the Future.
